    REGISTRATION


    WHEN DOES REGISTRATION CLOSE?

    Registration will close on Friday, January 31st, 2025.


    I HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED A 'SINGLE TICKET', WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?

    Your ticket includes event attendance, airport transfers and hotel accomodation for one person.


    I HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED A 'TWIN TICKET', WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?

    Your ticket includes event attendance, airport transfers and twin room hotel accomodation, to be shared with a colleague. Your rooming partner will be agreed via your Wella Market contact ahead of registration.


    IS THERE PREFERRED ACCOMMODATION I CAN BOOK?

    No, the accommodation will be allocated centrally by the event organization team. The hotel allocated to you will be disclosed in February 2025.


    HOW SECURE ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

    Payments are facilitated by AirWallex via Spreedly, both of which are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI - DSS).


    WHERE CAN I REVIEW MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION?

    You can review and edit your information by following the 'Manage Registration Details' link at the bottom of your registration confirmation email. Please note, this functionality cannot be used to transfer your ticket to another person, please reach out to your local Wella representative to do so.


    CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT ATTENDING?

    Tickets are non-refundable, however if you are no longer able to attend please contact your local Wella representative who will advice on the local cancellation policy and next steps.


    I HAVE ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS/ DIETARY REQUIREMENTS; WILL THESE BE ACCOMMODATED FOR?

    You can specify any accessbility needs or dietary requirements you may have during the registration process. 

    We will do our best to cater for any other dietary requirements and accessibility needs. All catering will include Vegetarian/ Vegan and Gluten Free options. 

    If you did not include this information when registering, please follow the 'Manage Registration Details' link at the bottom of your registration confirmation email to add them to our system. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us at: registration@welladestination.com.


    WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT AGENDA AND SCHEDULE?

    Look out for the email communications we will share in the coming months. To make sure you don't miss our emails, please ensure registration@welladestination.com is added to your safe-senders list.

    TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION


    CAN I EXTEND MY STAY BEFORE AND/OR AFTER THE EVENT? HOW TO PROCEED?

    If you are travelling long-haul and will therefore have difficulties arriving on the first day, or leaving on the final day of the event, please reach out to your Wella Market contact who will be able to support.


    WILL THERE BE TRANSFERS ORGANISED TO/FROM MALTA AIRPORT?

    Yes, transfers will be organised in Malta to/from the airport, there will be shuttles rotating throughout the day, and these are included in the package. This is why we need your flights details in the registration process.


    WHO DO I CONTACT IF MY TRAVEL DETAILS CHANGE?

    Please email registration@welladestination.com if you need to adjust your travel details.


    HOW FAR IS THE MAIN EVENT VENUE FROM MY ACCOMMODATION?

    All hotels are located within a 5-7 minute walk from the event venue and your accommodation is included in the ticket price.

    WILL THERE BE A DRESS CODE?

    Yes, there will be a dress code for each night's events. Look out for more information via emails in the coming months.


    HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE EVENT APP?

    We will announce the launch of our dedicated event app via email once registration has closed. The email will contain a direct link to download the app.


    WHO DO I CONTACT IF I NEED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION FOR MY VISA APPLICATION?

    If you require an invitation letter or hotel confirmation letter to support your visa application, please reach out to registration@welladestination.com.
